U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II Tactical Demonstration

The “Hog” Is Back!

Low and loud…the A-10C Thunderbolt II Tactical Demonstration will roar over Burke Lakefront Airport showing its extreme capabilities through exceptional aerial maneuvers. The demonstration profile includes combat maneuvers of constant changes in airspeed, altitude, heading, and bank angle.

The A-10C Thunderbolt II is the first U.S. Air Force aircraft designed for close air support of ground forces. The A-10 Thunderbolt II is an ugly beast (thus its nickname: Warthog or Hog), but "hog drivers" think highly of it because of its ability to remain aloft after absorbing punishment from enemy aircraft. The A-10 Demonstration Team from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona will be driving the “Hog” in Cleveland.

Clevelanders have not seen this performance since 2011…get ready for some serious RUMBLE!!
