Photo Gallery Entries -- Rules For Photo Submissions

Photographers may submit up to five photos for consideration each year, CNAS reserves the right to post all, some or none of the photos.

Photos can be of any aspect of the Cleveland National Air Show - people, vendors, aircraft or performers.

All photos, cds, disks and other media submitted to CNAS become property of CNAS.

CNAS accepts Photo Gallery Submissions via e-mail at info@clevelandairshow.com or on diskette, zip disk or cd-rom sent to Photo Gallery, Cleveland National Air Show, 1501 North Marginal Road, Cleveland, OH 44114. Photos must be in .jpeg or .gif format.

All photos become property of CNAS. CNAS will credit photo on website photo gallery but reserves the right to use photos on the website and other promotional and marketing materials as CNAS determines. CNAS does not provide photo credit except on the photo gallery. (Such use is limited to promotional and marketing materials and does NOT include merchandise or any item to be sold.)

CNAS is not obligated to post any photo. CNAS is not obligated to have a photo posted for any length of time.

CNAS is not responsible for any use of misuse of photos resulting from the photo being posted on CNAS' website.

CNAS is not responsible for validating the origin of photos submitted to CNAS.

This agreement must be signed by Photographer and submitted via fax (216-781-7810), via mail or electronically with the submitted photos.

The Cleveland National Air Show makes every effort to ensure acts and aircraft featured in our promotional materials and advertising do indeed appear at the event. However, from time to time unscheduled maintenance, poor weather in various parts of the country or a change in military orders does cause the cancellation of featured aircraft. When these cancellations occur please remember that it is for the safety of all concerned. Whether vintage, military or commercial, all the pilots performing are professionals; each dedicated to presenting the safest, most enjoyable experience for you and your family.
